Two days in a blog

Dear fellow, blog people. I know we haven’t been blogging lately and I have to fill in for you ok, ok here we go. 

                                                                                     WEDNESDAY

On Wednesday we were supposed to be cleaning, but we decided Friday instead. So Zoë and I played 3 games. Scrabble, Trouble, and Yahtzee. I won all of the games! Then for dinner we went to our dad’s house, we ate chicken nuggets and a salad. And watched TV. Oh! And remember any questions ask! Even if your Taylor swift!!!!! I’m her biggest fan!

                                   

                                                     THURSDAY

On Thursday we went to big surf! With…….Kristen, Brooke, and raini. It was fun! There was a big thunder so we had to evacuate the pool. Then we got back in. After our mom said we could go to Sonic and I got a Carmel shake, Zoe got a peanut butter, and mom got a chocolate!! It was good!

Huggy Buggy

Im a bug bloger (zoe) so it was taco Tuesday for arts ,crafts we painted with bubbles on a canvas. For outside we did im not going to tell you until you read the next chapter.

Tacos we had tacos from Peru surprisingly there was goat cheese and siracha and it was good!

Do not regret the Donuts

Hola como estas? ( hi what’s up) this segment is dedicated to Katie Tobkin right now, because she was the first one to ask a question! So I’m going to answer it. No. No we wouldn’t try guacamole on ice cream. Remember to ask all you want we could answer!

So make a mess Monday.  We made super yummy doughnuts with Maya (previously known in our first segment) and we had to put in ingredients into a bowl and we had to wait an hour. While we waited an hour we played Monster Mommy’s and news. And then we fried our doughnuts we also made doughnut holes with cinnamon and sugar then we put glaze on our big doughnuts!!!!!!!!!!J They were delicious! Then we did the news!!! It was such a fun day!

Then we went to this place called pinsperation it is a craft place. Zoe did a ink tile and I did a cup that says, K AND Z.

Hey Zoe talking so lets get started, so on Thursday we went to the water park.

It was realy fun!I Carly and Ashlee(our friends) went with us too

.A. N.D we also went to Mekong sandwiches they were good!

For dinner we went to Sumo Maya. It was a place where they had spicy food. I had jumbo shrimp, Kayleigh had a California roll and soup. It was a good place.

Zoleigh's First Days of Summer

What up peeps?! This is Kayleigh reporting live from Zoleigh's Zoo.

We started our fun summer on Tuesday, because it was memorial day on Monday. Our family was quite busy, in the morning mom took Zoe and I to a dentist appointment, we had a good checkup! then I (Kayleigh)  went to an orthodontist appointment and Zoe went to Spanish camp. ( i just had the weirdest experience i had caps lock on and i freaked out! Me and my sis laughed hard.)  (I DID IT AGAIN! AHHHHHH!) Anyway back to what my sister did in Spanish camp. She did Spanish vocabulary, she also made a paper shark out of an envelope, she watched a movie while eating pirates booty (get it butty.) I also went to camp here's what i did: i went to P.E., i had crackers, and i practiced a play.

Then we went to Maya's (Maya is our friend who has gerbils) she has two gerbils one Maddy one Cappy. they are adorable we played gerbil hotel and blokus don't forget Hide-and-go- Seek! we had fun!

Then finally we had Dorito taco salads for taco Tuesday. they had meat, cheese, lettuce, Doritos, tomato, and red pepper! (i prefer guacamole on it too.) well can't blog forever! BYE!

Mom's Welcome Message

Welcome to Kayleigh and Zoe's summer blog! With the last day of school fast approaching (tomorrow!) and with the thought of S-E-V-E-N-T-Y  T-W-O hot hot summer days a head, I decided to make this summer our best summer yet! I'm approaching the summer like a job- a fun one! The girls will be writing most of the blog content as well as taking pictures and videos. I'm just here to minimize the fighting over who does what.

This is the weekday framework:

Make a Mess Monday- This is time spent in the kitchen making all those things that make you think, "I would love to make that someday." Well, every Monday this summer is our someday!

TACO Tuesday-Tacos. Arts & Crafts. Outdoors. Each Tuesday we will make a new taco recipe, make a fun art/craft project we find on Pinterest, and brave the heat and go outside!

Work it Wednesday- Or as the kids like to say: Womp, Womp Wednesday. This day we will clean the house. Yep, don't feel bad about this one little bit!

Thrifty Thursday- Work hard,  play hard! Thursdays are for getting out and exploring the fun (and thrifty) INDOOR activities Phoenix has to offer!

Friday Friend & Fun Day- Just what the day implies. We will start the day with a movie at a local theater and figure the rest out as we go!

I'm really looking forward to see what kind of blog the girls create. But most of all, I'm looking forward to the memories we will make this summer :)
